Day 16: Family Time

Day 16: Family Time

Day 16

Today was awesome!  It was the warmest it has been in the last 2 weeks.
I look forward to the next couple of days with great excitement
(we have some awesome things planned and the weather is supposed to be fantastic)!

We have some of our immediate family visiting (and staying with us) from out of town.  It’s kind of fun to have our first guests, here (in our motorhome).

We actually have quite a few of our extended family members that live here (in St. George).  So tonight us, and our family members that are visiting went and met some of our extended family members for dinner at the Pizza Factory.

It was fun to see everyone!  I haven’t seen some of them for a year or so.  We had a great time!  And the food was great.  (I keep needing to remind myself that the parmesan breadtwists are my favorite part of eating there…and that a breadtwist and the all you can eat salad bar is enough to fill me up!  I just need to do that from here on out.  And I will enjoy it!  Oh!  And, if you eat there on a regular basis, make sure that you ask for and get a punch card!!)

We also enjoyed some Croshaw’s Pies afterwards…and lots of visiting at our family’s house.  I can definitely say that Croshaw pies are yumm-o!!!  We had the lemon (which is a fairly mild lemon flavor) and coconut cream.  They were both delectable/10.

We got a lot of suggestions of places to visit on our journeying.  It definitely gave us some great ideas!

Here are a few pictures I took of the scenery, and one of us.  I have a hard time remembering to take pictures of people – other than us.

Anyway.  We hope you are well, and that you are finding your connections, as well!  I know that for me, I do SO much better when I am connecting with people.  It’s like my life has a purpose.  Without connection, I am lost.  I need people.  Badly.  So that is a journey I am having – finding connection in the process.

We love you all!!!

Love, Ben and Shannon
